Rod West

Rod West is the Senior Vice President for Distribution at Dollar General.

Most recently, Rod was Vice President, Perishables Growth & Development, leading the cross-functional Fresh initiative to build a perishables self-distribution network, grow perishables sales, and expansion the perishables assortment. He joined Dollar General in 2005 as Vice President, Process Improvement.

Rod earned his Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a BS in Mathematics from Clark Atlanta University. He earned his MBA from Emory University.
