Scott Hamilton

Scott Hamilton is currently the Director of Field Human Resources at Dollar General, where they oversee HR operations in Goodlettsville, Tennessee. They previously held several roles at Dollar General, including Senior Human Resources Manager and Divisional Training Manager, where they contributed to organizational development and employee relations. Scott gained earlier experience as a Technical Recruiter and Account Manager at Aerotek, as well as a Quality Inspector and Finishing Lead at MPI Label Systems. They earned an Associate’s Degree in General Studies from Volunteer State Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Middle Tennessee State University.
