Tami Stuckman, MBA, is a transformational leader with over 15 years of experience in operational efficiency, e-commerce, and strategic growth. Currently serving as Fresh Director at Dollar General, Tami has previously held significant roles, including Assistant General Manager at The TJX Companies, Inc., where they implemented successful strategies that significantly enhanced employee retention and operational quality. Tami has been instrumental in managing large teams and optimizing processes across various organizations, including JCPenney, where they directed a 1.7 million square-foot supply chain facility. Tami is pursuing a Bachelor's of Science in Criminal Justice at Grambling State University and holds an MBA in Project Management from American InterContinental University.
