Toccara Fleming is a seasoned professional with over ten years of experience in retail management operations, specializing in team leadership, facilitation and training, and strategic planning. They have held various positions at leading organizations, including Assistant Store Manager, Food and Consumables Coach, and Store Co-Manager at Walmart, where they developed training programs and led high-performing teams. Currently, Toccara is pursuing a Bachelor’s of Science at Tennessee State University and serves as a Licensing Specialist at Dollar General.
