Tom Wilmes is an experienced logistics and distribution leader with a comprehensive background spanning over three decades in various prominent companies. Currently serving as Senior Director at Dollar General's Walton Distribution Center since 2019, Tom manages a mechanized traditional distribution center of 630,000 square feet. Previous experience includes leading the successful opening of a standalone perishable distribution center at Dollar General, as well as various general management roles at The Home Depot, Circuit City, Toys R Us, and Lazarus Department Stores. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Management from Wilmington College, earned between 1982 and 1986.
