Troy Simpson

Troy Simpson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, serving as the Sr. Director of Human Resources Shared Services at Dollar General since 2019, where they lead various employment initiatives and compliance efforts. From 1998 to 2004, they worked as a Training and Organizational Development Analyst at Dollar General, focusing on training and succession planning. Throughout their career, they have held multiple senior roles within Dollar General, including Vice President of Human Resources and Director of Corporate Human Resources, where they contributed to talent management and strategy development. Currently, they pursue a BS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Middle Tennessee State University and an MS in Organizational Management at Cumberland University.
