Andy Hinkley

Andy Hinkley is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in lease administration and retail development. Currently serving as a Real Estate Portfolio Manager at Dollar Tree Stores since December 2021, Andy specializes in lease negotiations, collaborating closely with the Director of Real Estate to ensure timely execution and profitability. Prior roles include Culinary Development Manager at Hospitality HQ, where Andy focused on curating new restaurant brands, and Director of Leasing at 9300 Realty NYC, overseeing marketing and leasing for diverse retail portfolios. Additionally, Andy held the position of Business Development at Corcon-USA, maintaining a pipeline of retail construction projects, and served as VP of Development for The Plaza Hotel NYC, leading the redevelopment of its retail space. Education is being pursued at the University of the Virgin Islands.
