Brad Baker

Brad Baker is an experienced retail manager with a career spanning over three decades in various leadership roles within the retail sector. Currently serving as District Manager at Dollar Tree Stores since May 2013, responsibilities include overseeing operations across Southwestern Ontario. Prior experience includes Store Manager at Shoppers Drug Mart, where Baker managed multiple locations and improved franchise performance, and at RONA, where sales growth and inventory management were key achievements. Additional roles include leadership positions at Giant Tiger and Hudson's Bay Company, where significant sales increases and operational efficiencies were realized. Baker holds a Human Resources degree from The University of British Columbia and a background in retail management starting as an Assistant Manager at Wal Mart/Woolco.
