Dan Hay

Dan Hay, PMP, is an experienced professional in the field of IT solutions delivery and project management. Currently serving as the Director of IT Solutions Delivery at Dollar Tree Stores, Dan previously held the role of Program & Information Technology Business Solutions PMO Manager at the same company. Dan also has a background as a Strengths Leadership Coach at Strengths Advance and a Strengths Coach at Life Counseling LLC. Prior to these roles, Dan was the Senior Manager of Planning & Implementation at SUPERVALU and a Senior Project Manager at ImageTrend. Dan holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University, obtained between 2001 and 2003, and has a foundational education from Washington Senior High School, graduating in 1990.
