Doug Yost

Doug Yost is an accomplished retail executive with extensive experience in operations management. Currently serving as Zone Vice President at Dollar Tree Stores since August 2016, responsibilities include overseeing the operations of 99 stores across Ohio and Kentucky, managing a team of 11 market managers, over 1,100 salaried managers, and more than 30,000 associates, with full P&L ownership. Previously, at Walmart from April 2010 to August 2016, roles included RGM of Western Ohio and RGM of Northern Ohio. Doug's career also includes significant positions at Sears Holdings Corporation as Regional Director of Stores for the Northern U.S. and at Circuit City as Regional Vice President for both the Northeast and Northwest regions, managing multi-billion dollar retail businesses. Doug Yost holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
