Gianna Davis

Gianna Davis is a seasoned professional in asset protection and investigations with extensive leadership experience across major retail organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Investigations at Dollar Tree Stores, Gianna is responsible for establishing a new role focused on enterprise asset protection investigations, major crimes, and workplace safety. Previously, Gianna held the position of AP Director of National Investigations at Albertsons Companies, overseeing a national team in driving and executing investigation programs across various retail channels. During a significant tenure at Nordstrom, Gianna advanced through multiple roles from Loss Prevention Manager to Regional Loss Prevention Senior Manager, effectively leading teams and implementing strategies that resulted in enhanced profitability and safety across a vast geographic area. Gianna holds dual bachelor's degrees in Anthropology and Biology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
