Kara U. is the Manager of Talent Attraction at Dollar Tree, where they utilize over ten years of experience in social media, marketing, and content management within the recruitment industry. Previously, they served as the Senior Global Program Manager for Employer Brand at HubSpot and as the Employer Brand Manager for Insperity, defining successful social media strategies and training programs.
