Kevin Bishop

Kevin Bishop currently serves as the Regional Director for Western Canada at Dollar Tree Stores, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Kevin demonstrated extensive experience at Swiss Chalet (Recipe Unlimited Corporation) from 2012 to 2021, where responsibilities included Director of Operations for Ontario and Western Canada, overseeing a multi-unit management team and collaborating with 125 franchise owners to drive growth and operational success. Kevin began their career at Rogers Communications, progressing through various roles, including Director of Store Development and Director of Sales & Operations, effectively managing operations and development amid significant industry changes. Additionally, experience at Cara Operations included managing operations across 12 Swiss Chalet Restaurants.
