Kien Tsoi serves as the Director of Real Estate and Curator of Retailer Relationships at Dollar Tree Stores since September 2023, focusing on enhancing customer experience and fostering relationships that promote store growth. Prior to this role, Kien held various positions at JLL, including Vice President and Senior Associate of Retail Tenant Representation, and worked as a Retail Specialist at Wilson Commercial Real Estate. Kien began a career in commercial real estate at Ball Investment Group as a Junior. An enthusiastic self-starter, Kien has successfully built relationships with a diverse range of national credit tenants, enhancing the value of shopping centers. Kien earned a BA in Law & Society from UC Santa Barbara in 2001.
