Marc Metcalf is currently the VP and Deputy General Counsel overseeing Merchandising, Operations, and Supply Chain at Dollar Tree Stores. They previously held the position of Sr. Counsel at the same company and served as Litigation Counsel at Family Dollar from 2012 to 2014. Before that, Marc worked as an Associate Attorney at Hedrick Gardner Kincheloe & Garofalo from 2005 to 2012.
