Pedro Voyer

In October 2022, Pedro Voyer assumed the role of Chief Development Officer. Prior to Dollar Tree, Pedro held several leadership positions within JAB Holding Company as Senior Vice President and General Manager International for Panera and Senior Vice President Chief Operating Officer for JAB-owned Caribou Coffee and Einstein’s Bagel Brands. He has also served as Chief Development Officer Americas for Burger King Corporation and held a variety of operational and development roles at Starbucks.

Pedro holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Simon Bolivar in Venezuela and an MSC/MBA from the Tokyo Institute of Technology/MIT.
