Robert Lacommare

Robert LaCommare, CFI, currently serves as the Vice President of Asset Protection for Dollar Tree Stores, a position held since September 2023. With extensive experience in asset protection and loss prevention, LaCommare has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Asset Protection & Safety at Big Lots Stores from October 2018 to September 2023 and a long tenure at Ascena Retail Group, Inc. as VP Asset Protection & Safety. LaCommare is actively involved in professional organizations, including the Loss Prevention Leaders Council of the National Retail Federation and the Asset Protection Advisory Board of the Retail Industry Leaders Association. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University, earned between 1986 and 1991.
