Robert Lafleur

Robert LaFleur is an experienced finance professional with extensive expertise in investor relations and equity research, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations at Dollar Tree Stores since 2023. Prior roles include Vice President of Investor Relations and Capital Markets at Chewy, and Vice President, Head of Investor Relations at Hilton Grand Vacations, where Robert played a key role in developing the investor relations function during Hilton's spin-off. Robert's analytical capabilities were honed through positions at JMP Securities, Cantor Fitzgerald, and Susquehanna International Group, where significant accomplishments include recognition as the fourth-best stock picker in a 2013 StarMine survey.
