Ryan Guyer has been working in distribution since 2006 and transitioned to education in 2018 as a substitute teacher, discovering a passion for teaching. They pursued a Master's in Education at Bloomsburg University, completing student teaching placements in both a high school life skills classroom and a kindergarten setting. Currently, Ryan holds certifications in Elementary PK-6 and Special Education PK-12, and continues to teach in the Central Columbia School District. Ryan's previous experience includes various leadership roles at Dollar Tree Stores, where they developed skills in coaching and team management.
