Stephen Poole

Stephen Poole has extensive experience in retail management, primarily with Lowe's Companies, Inc., where responsibilities included roles such as Installation Manager, Store Manager, and Operations Manager, achieving significant sales volumes of up to $45 million. Following a varied career at Lowe's beginning as a seasonal associate, Stephen progressed to Sales Manager and held various positions, contributing a total volume of $30 million. Recently, Stephen has served as the Manager of Safety Compliance at Dollar Tree Stores, overseeing safety programs for 16,000 stores, and previously worked as an Area Manager for the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority, managing multiple markets and generating $1.2 billion in sales. Stephen holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Thomas Nelson Community College.
