Steve Dawe

Steve Dawe is currently a District Manager at Dollar Tree Canada, overseeing operations since 2023. Previously, from 2008 to 2012, they served as a Store Leader at Starbucks, where they excelled in staffing, training, and development, and established training plans for newly hired external management. Dawe also held leadership roles at PetSmart and Music World, managing teams and processes to ensure operational success and efficient inventory control. They completed their education at Etobicoke Collegiate Institute between 1994 and 1998.
