Tom Mitchell is the Director of Construction for the Midwest Region at Dollar Tree Stores, a position held since 2024. Previously, Tom served as a Senior Special Projects Manager and Construction Manager for O'Reilly Auto Parts, where they managed large-scale projects and a team of project managers. Tom also worked as a Quality Assurance Manager at Gold Mountain Communications from 2012 to 2014. Tom holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Missouri State University and an Associate's degree from Ozarks Technical Community College.
