Wade Barbra

Wade Barbra has over 25 years of experience in technology and management roles, currently serving as the Manager of Talent Technology at Dollar Tree Stores since 2005. Previous positions at Dollar Tree include Systems Administration Systems Analyst III and HRIS Specialist III, where responsibilities included system administration, maintenance, and support to ensure optimum performance and integrity of HRIS systems. Wade has also held various technical support and managerial roles, including Store Technical Support Team Leader and Store Manager at Blockbuster, where skills in operations management, team leadership, and employee development were demonstrated. Wade holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Information Technology from Old Dominion University.
