Webb Mitchell

Webb Mitchell serves as the Vice President of Property Management at Dollar Tree Stores, where leadership encompasses the retail facilities function for over 16,000 locations nationwide. With prior experience as the Director of Retail Facilities at RITE AID, Webb managed the facilities for the third-largest pharmacy chain in the United States. Additionally, Webb has held various leadership roles, including Director of Client Strategy and Consulting at CBRE, where strategic guidance was provided for a $200M+ capital project plan, and Global Real Estate and Facilities at ExxonMobil, advising executives on real estate and environmental health and safety matters. Webb's career also includes significant contributions to municipal capital improvements for the City of Houston and managing operations for major skyscrapers in Houston. Academically, Webb holds an MBA from Rice Business and a Bachelor's degree in Operations Research from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Prior military service includes a Captain role in the US Army's 7th Special Forces Group.
