JP Valiquette has extensive experience in real estate finance and development, currently overseeing Dollarama's real estate portfolio for Eastern Canada since January 2016. Previously, JP served as Managing Director at Dollarcity, focusing on international business development and real estate investments from January 2013 to December 2015. Prior roles include Vice President of Investment Funds at Maples Fund Services Limited, specializing in investment fund services from August 2008 to December 2012, and Senior Auditor in the Financial Institutions Group at Deloitte from October 2005 to July 2008. JP holds a CPA certification from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a BBA from HEC Montréal, and is a CAIA Level II Candidate, along with being a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
