L S. has held various leadership and management roles since joining Famous Players in 1989, including managing a multi-theatre cluster in Edmonton and Calgary. A notable achievement was serving as the opening General Manager of SilverCity in West Edmonton Mall in 1999. L S. transitioned to Zellers in 2001, managing multiple stores until 2010, when they became District Manager at Dollarama in North Saskatchewan, overseeing a growing number of locations. Promoted to regional district manager in 2019, L S. currently manages 120 locations across Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Northern Ontario, leveraging extensive experience to foster a positive work environment and achieve fiscal success. L S. holds a degree in Management and Leadership from the University of Alberta.
