Stephanie P.

Stephanie P. has significant experience in human resources and project management, currently serving as Director of HR, Training and Development at Dollarama L.P. since February 2018, following a role as Senior HR Manager in the same department. Prior to this, Stephanie worked as a Senior Management Consultant and Management Consultant at Proaction International from October 2015 to February 2018. Stephanie's earlier career includes project management roles at NRS Media from January 2012 to October 2015, where responsibilities included planning and executing client revenue programs in both English and French across North America. Stephanie also gained experience in the retail and service sectors at lululemon and ClubLink. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Western University and a Project Management certification from McMaster University Continuing Education.
