Marcela Parada

Marcela Parada is an accomplished Talent Business Partner Manager at Dollarcity since May 2016, overseeing talent attraction processes across five countries (El Salvador, Guatemala, Colombia, Panama, Peru) for both administrative and operative positions, in addition to creating and implementing the employer brand. Prior to this, Marcela served as a Recruitment Lead, focusing on three countries in similar talent attraction roles. Between September 2013 and May 2016, Marcela worked at SABMiller as a Talent Management Consultant, managing talent matrices and conducting retention and succession analyses, and previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist, responsible for onboarding processes and implementing various assessment tools. Marcela holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from EUDE Business School and has also completed diplomas in Psychodiagnostic Evaluation and Psychology.
