The Dolores Public Library is located at 1002 Railroad Ave, Dolores, CO, United States. The library is located on the Dolores River and was constructed in 2004. A community room can be reserved for public use, a comfortable setting is available for quiet reading overlooking the river, along with outdoor tables and chairs. Computer work stations and laptops are accessible for patron and public use, and wireless is always available. The library belongs to a Colorado consortium that offers a union catalog and allows for interlibrary loans. We maintain special collections which include Colorado History, Anthropology/Archaeology, and Railroad Reference. Periodical subscriptions are varied and numerous and all local newspapers are available.
