Michael Gordon has held a variety of roles in the past decade. In 2015, they were a Sales Representative for Colonial Life as part of a college internship. In 2016, they worked as a Marketing Consultant for MultiView, selling digital advertisements for trade associations. In 2017, they began working for Staff America Inc. as a Temporary Associate, Key Account Recruiter, and Senior Recruiter & Business Development. That same year, they also worked as an Event Manager for Bullseye Event Group, primarily focusing on bar and alcohol-serving portions of events. In 2018, they were the Boys Lacrosse Head Coach for Origins Lacrosse Club, focusing on skill development for youth to high school lacrosse players in Central Indiana. Currently, they are the Regional Sales Director for Dolphin Debit Access, responsible for sales efforts and establishing market presence for Dolphin Debit in the Northeastern US. Michael has grown the territory client share by 25% in 2021 and 100% in 2022.
Michael Gordon attended Fishers High School from 2008 to 2012 and then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Ball State University from 2013 to 2016. Michael also obtained a certification in HubSpot Sales Software from HubSpot in August 2020.
