Masson Frederic

Masson Frederic is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in silicon IP engineering and management, currently serving as VP and Deputy Director of IP Engineering at Dolphin Design since November 2005. Frederic has successfully overseen multiple product lines, including Audio and Power Management, managing approximately 70 engineers and coordinating teams across France, Canada, and Israel. Responsibilities have included team leadership, HR management, and budget oversight, along with significant project management roles in product development and innovation across various markets such as Power Metering and Smart Grid technologies. Additionally, Masson Frederic has held positions on the Board of Directors for Intégration Dolphin, Inc. and has prior experience as an Analog IC Designer with a focus on CMOS technology and embedded systems. Frederic holds an engineering degree in Microelectronics from ENSERG and has a solid academic background in Mathematics and Physics from Lycée Joffre.
