Jonas Markussen

Jonas Markussen has been working in the software engineering industry since 2010. In 2010, they worked as a Java Programmer for Redimi AS, where they were involved with maintaining and further developing their database monitoring. From 2011 to 2014, they worked for FotoWare a.s. as a Software Development Engineer and a Front-End Developer. During this period, they were also a PhD Student at Simula Research Laboratory, where they worked on a framework for high-speed, distributed IO in a PCIe cluster. In 2014, they worked as a Software Developer for BRIDGE Technologies, where they were involved with their VB288 content extractor and worked on a project to parse and verify CEA608/708 closed captioning data embedded in to MPEG-2 and MPEG-4/AVC video streams. Since 2018, they have worked as a Software Architect and Senior Software Engineer for Dolphin Interconnect Solutions.

Jonas Markussen has a comprehensive education history from the University of Oslo (UiO). Jonas completed their BSc in Computer Science from 2006 to 2010, followed by an MSc in Computer Science from 2010 to 2014, and is currently in the process of completing their PhD in Computer Science from 2015 to 2022.
