Laurent Monge is the Chief Executive Officer of Dolphin Semiconductor, a leading provider of semiconductor IP solutions that specializes in mixed signal IP design and serves markets including industrial, high-performance computing, consumer electronics, IoT and automotive. They previously led semiconductor businesses in senior roles, including Vice President & General Manager of the Semiconductors Business at Teledyne e2v from 2017 to 2021 and General Manager of Signal Processing Solutions at e2v Semiconductors from 2013 to 2017. Earlier in their career, they served as Director of Engineering and Product Management at e2v Semiconductors from 2008 to 2013 and held multiple roles at NXP Semiconductors between 2005 and 2008. Most recently, they were President of Metrologic Group from 2022 to 2024. They earned a Master in Electronic Engineering from the Institut national polytechnique de Grenoble (ENSERG) between 1996 and 1999, and completed the Advanced Leadership course at Nottingham University Business School in 2011–2012.
