BUSINESS / ASSETS – “NRL READY”
The Dolphins NRL Bid has a diversified business that matches any – and exceeds most – clubs in the NRL. The business currently turns over in excess of $30+ million annually from the following revenue-generating assets owned and operated by the Dolphins:
•	Dolphins Leagues Club with over 40,000 members
•	Dolphins Central Shopping Centre (anchor tenant Coles Supermarket)
•	Dolphins Fitness and Aquatic Centre with gymnasium and pools
•	Leased Office Space
•	The newly-completed Dolphin Stadium – 10,000 Seated Boutique Stadium
	A-League team the Brisbane Roar New Home ground in 2021

These assets are valued in excess of $100 million and are situated on an 11-hectare site owned by the Dolphins – eliminating most of the start-up costs any genuine NRL Bid would face and allowing for an almost immediate start.
