Gregory Wells

Gregory Wells is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the title and mortgage industry, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Business Operations at Doma since August 2021. In this role, Gregory has designed and implemented a comprehensive refinance workflow, conducted policy reviews to enhance operational efficiency, and reduced vendor costs. Previous positions include managerial roles at Title Forward, where Gregory oversaw various operational teams and implemented key initiatives to improve performance and expand market reach. Earlier experiences include project management with Overseas Strategic Consulting and roles in municipal finance. Gregory holds a Master's Degree in International Affairs from American University and a Bachelor's Degree in Government & Law and French from Lafayette College.
