Matthew Bryan

Matthew Bryan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate development and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as the Head of Corporate Development and Partnerships at Domain Group since December 2020, Matthew has been instrumental in leading significant transactions, including the acquisition of Realbase for $180 million and Insight Data Solutions for $60 million. Prior to this role, Matthew held managerial positions in M&A at PwC Australia and PwC UK, where notable contributions included advising on major deals such as the sale of Mack Brooks Exhibitions and the £800 million sale of Alliance Medical Group. Matthew's educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce/Law double degree from the University of New South Wales and international exchange programs in Berlin and Oslo, complemented by earlier roles in investor services and as a tour guide.
