David Mitnick

David Mitnick is a legal professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in internet law and domain name protection. As the founder and President of DomainSkate since October 2014, Mitnick has streamlined the recovery of domain names and the protection of valuable brands, offering a cost-effective alternative to lengthy legal disputes. Prior to this venture, Mitnick served as an Associate Attorney at Amster Rothstein & Ebenstein from September 2000 to October 2011, where expertise in internet law was applied to represent Fortune 500 companies, manage domain name dispute resolutions, and oversee an internet enforcement program. Mitnick holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in Intellectual Property Law from Brooklyn Law School, obtained between 1997 and 2000.
