Andy Rothery is an international CEO, MD and non-executive director known for driving performance turnarounds and launching ventures across Europe, Asia and North America. They founded Oculorum Ltd to provide interim, consultancy, advisory and NED services and currently serve as Managing Director there, while also holding present roles as Chairman of CodeSecure, DomainTools and Howspace, as well as Board Member at Proemion and Executive In Residence at Battery Ventures. Their prior leadership includes serving as CEO of JATO Dynamics and holding roles at Xerox and Cision. They earned an MBA from the University of Liverpool (2013–2016).
