Domäne Ostsee brings the german Baltic region’s finest manufactories together.

We don't just source: we grow, harvest, and craft high-quality food and drink from the ground up. Our symbol, the North Star, is our constant - standing for where we come from, what we believe in, and where we are going.

One Roof. Several Expressions.

We are a living system where farming, making, and experiencing are woven together. While we stand as one, each of our brands writes its own story:

Schloss Rattey: The premier destination for Northern German wine and gastronomy.

Inselmühle Usedom: Genuine regional products, crafted with honesty.

Brohmer Landbräu: The home of craft beer and good company.

Innovation Deeply Rooted

We bridge the gap between proven tradition and new ideas. This is a project for generations to come - dedicated to bringing lost arts, skills, and culture back to the region, to stay.
