Patrick J. Lapera

Mr. Lapera is a corporate attorney Who practices in the areas of contracts, acquisitions, venture capital, securities, and general corporate matters, including M&A transactions and debt and equity securities advising manufacturing, transportation, construction, software, solar, chemical and distribution companies. He has also served in a strategic and accounting advisory role for a logistics company and a chemical manufacturer and distributor. Mr. Lapera received a BS degree from the University of Scranton, a JD from Syracuse University College of Law, and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He has worked for large New York City and Connecticut firms and currently serves as counsel to a Connecticut law firm.
