In Florence, Domatia developed two of the first modern PBSA residences in the historic city centre:
• S4 Florence (111 beds) – opened in 2022
• Il Santo Florence (220 beds) – opened in 2023

Both residences provide purpose-designed accommodation and services aligned with the expectations of international universities and students. A long-term lease agreement with New York University reflects the strong demand for high-quality PBSA in Italy.
