Nevin Napolean

Nevin Napolean is a seasoned Senior Proposal & Cost Engineer at Dome Group since May 2015, specializing in the preparation of proposals, contract finalization, subcontractor management, project cost control, and budget estimation across various projects in the Middle East and Africa. Prior to this role, Nevin served as a Proposals Engineer at RobtStone (ME) LLC from June 2012 to May 2015, where responsibilities included preparing proposals and cost estimations for EPC tenders and analyzing tender documents. Nevin began a career as a Planning & Estimation Engineer at Bhavani Erectors Pvt. Ltd in India from June 2010 to May 2012, focusing on cost estimates for project variations and status reporting. Academically, Nevin holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Kerala University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Indira Gandhi National Open University.
