Bente Overgaard

Bente Overgaard is an accomplished executive and board member with extensive experience in leadership and governance. Presently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors and head of the risk & audit committee at Fellowmind Company AB, Bente also holds the position of CEO at the Board Leadership Society in Denmark and serves as a Non-Executive Board Member at SP Group A/S and Jyske Bank A/S.
