Jeff R. Lamb started their career in 1996 as an Intelligence Officer in the United States Air Force. In 1997 they became the CEO of Computer Wizards Consulting. In 2000 they were appointed Chief Technology Officer at Leader Technologies. In 2005 they became the Chief Technology Officer at Interactive Ink Incorporated where they drove more traffic, increased conversions and implemented technologies and processes for clients. In 2007 they were appointed Chief Technology Officer at Northlich where they were responsible for revitalizing, innovating and challenging. In 2008 they founded QStart Labs and was also the Nerd (CTO) at DOmedia, where they were responsible for all DOmedia technology.

Jeff R. Lamb completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1992 to 1996. Jeff R. then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneur at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs from 1997 to 1999.
