Daniel Fuller

Daniel Fuller has extensive experience in the legal field, with a focus on managing the legal affairs of various companies. Daniel started their career as a Partner at Rogers Fuller & Pitt from 1978 to 1997. Daniel then worked as Of Counsel at Stoll Keenon and Park from 1997 to 1998. After that, they became the Vice President, General Counsel, and Assistant Secretary at The Genlyte Group Incorporated from 1998 to 2008. Following this, they joined Philips Electronics as the General Counsel Professional Luminaires North America from 2008 to 2009. Daniel then founded their own law firm, Daniel R. Fuller Attorney at Law, where they worked as an Attorney from 2009 to 2012. Finally, they joined Dometic Corporation and held various roles including General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Americas from 2012 to 2016, and currently serving as Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary, Americas. Throughout their career, they have managed a wide range of legal matters, including litigation, compliance, contracts, employment, and intellectual property. Daniel has also worked with external legal counsel in multiple jurisdictions and has experience in mergers and acquisitions.

Daniel Fuller earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville from 1975 to 1978. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Business Administration/Public Administration from Georgetown University from 1971 to 1975. Daniel also became a member of The Florida Bar in 1979 and the Kentucky Bar Association in 1978.
