Eric Nelson is an accomplished executive leader with over 25 years of expertise in driving organizational performance in sales, operations, and customer satisfaction. They held various leadership roles at Mercury Marine from 2001 to 2017, including Vice President of Sales & Marketing, and later served as Chairman of the Board of Directors at the National Marine Manufacturers Association from 2018 to 2025. Currently, Eric is the Vice President and General Manager for the Americas at Dometic MPS group. They are also pursuing an M-MBA in Business Administration and Management at the Schulich School of Business at York University.
