Ivan

Ivan Ma is currently the Plant Quality Department Head at Dometic in Zhuhai, responsible for overseeing plant quality and managing a team of engineers and inspectors. With a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from 中南大学, Ivan has accumulated 16 years of experience in multinational plant quality management within the US Consumer Electronics and European Auto Industries. Previously, Ivan served as a Quality Manager at Flextronics, where they led quality management for high-mix/low-volume and low-mix/high-volume manufacturing projects. Their expertise includes project management, risk analysis, and fostering quality improvement initiatives across various levels of operation.
