Paula Cherinet

Paula Cherinet is currently the Head of Quality and EHS at Dometic and has over seven years of experience in quality and sustainability management. In their role as Head of Sustainability at Electrolux, Paula leads the development and implementation of sustainability strategies for the global product sourcing organization. They possess a strong background in manufacturing process improvement, quality assurance, and financial controlling, along with skills in project management, communication, and problem-solving. Paula holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on production organization from Chalmers University of Technology.
