Ray Martinez

Ray Martinez has extensive experience in the marine and HVAC industries, currently serving as the Director of Marine OEM Sales at Dometic since September 1995. In this role, Ray oversees sales for marine climate, sanitation, and steering equipment. Previously, Ray held the position of National Sales Manager for Climate at Dometic, focusing on marine HVAC and sanitation solutions for commercial and pleasure boats. Ray also contributed as an International Sales Manager, where responsibilities included business development, sales training, and technical support for OEM and field service networks. Before joining Dometic, Ray was an International Sales Account Manager at CSI Air Conditioning from February 1990 to August 1995, and also operated as a proprietor.
