Rob Flores has a diverse work experience, starting from their early career in the US Army where they held various roles, including overseeing operations and managing access to classified information. Rob then moved on to Aon Risk Solutions, where they served as a Director of Systems Support, providing crisis response and risk management consulting services. After that, they worked at ACL Laboratories as a Senior Project Manager, contributing to the establishment of an Enterprise PMO and overseeing the implementation of an enterprise collaboration platform. Following this, Rob held positions at Abbott Laboratories and Kellogg as a Senior Project Manager and a Global Program Manager, respectively, where they managed workplace refresh programs and supported the transition to new systems. Rob then co-founded Madstone LLC before joining Dometic as the Global Head of Cloud and IT Operations, where they lead a global team responsible for IT Operations and advises executive leaders on best practices and leveraging cloud technologies.
